Spent early morning and again late pm at the 'Great Grey Shrike' site, rest of the day at Otmoor. No sign of the GGS, will have to try again. Better luck at Otmoor, Marsh Harrier active over the roadbeds if a little distant. Also a confused Greylag goose, the ugly duckling?

Went to a location in the Cotswolds looking for Short Eared Owls. Found three flying in the late afternoon, but too distant to photograph well. Fortunately there was a Barn Owl out hunting early in the same field.
